For the Veteran's Day program on Monday, November 12th Elementary students are asked to please wear the following:
K - 2 wear a plain RED shirt and either black pants or dark jeans.
Grades 3 & 4 wear a plain WHITE shirt and either black pants or dark jeans.
Grades 5 & 6 wear a plain BLUE shirt and either black pants or dark jeans.
To encourage students to try new things during lunch, the kitchen staff is hosting a fruit "Fear Factor Challenge." Students have the opportunity to sample the persimmon fruit. #Yummy
These first graders would like to remind everyone that they can bring a perishable food item in next week to help "Stuff the Turkey." #Gratitude
Volleyball Section t-shirts will be available to pick up after school tomorrow at 3:15 - 4:00. Shirts will be available in the Community Room. People can use the door 18. Please arrange for shirts to be picked up as school will be closed the rest of the week.

The fan buses for Thursday and Friday are available for staff, students, and community members. The buses will leave at 10:30 am on both days. Thanks to generous donations by 14 Henning community businesses there is no cost to take the fan bus to St. Paul. If interested please contact the district office at 218-583-2927.

Scholastic Book Fair Tuesday November the 12th and Thursday the 14th from 3:30-7:00 pm in the library. On Wednesday the 13th we have the Grandparents Ice Cream Bar Social from 3:30-5:30 in the library with games and so many books to choose from. CHAT will be here serving the ice cream bar (free for grandparents and grand kids)
