We’d like to take a moment to recognize and celebrate one of our own, Bill Balfanz!
In 1985, Bill made history as the first male to join the Cooper High School dance team. His passion for performance led him to a successful career, entertaining audiences in Las Vegas and on cruise ships.
Forty years later, he proudly received his Cooper HS varsity letter—a milestone that celebrates his trailblazing journey.
We are so fortunate to have Bill on our team today! His energy and enthusiasm shine through in everything he does. Beyond his professional background, Bill brings a contagious passion that inspires those around him. Whether he’s encouraging students or supporting colleagues, his presence makes a lasting impact. His journey shows the power of perseverance and the joy that comes from doing what you love, and we couldn’t be prouder to have him as part of our school community.
