We're proud to share that Henning senior Logan Kostelecky has signed his letter of intent to continue his basketball and golf careers at Central College in Pella, Iowa this fall! Logan played a huge role as co-MVP on the boys basketball team that placed fifth at state and also made it to the state golf tournament as an individual last season. He was joined at his signing by his parents, Paul and Kris Kostelecky, along with head golf coach Mike Hepola and head boys basketball coach Randy Misegades. Congrats, Logan—we’re excited to see all you’ll accomplish!

SUN Bucks are back this summer! Henning Public School is excited to share that eligible families will receive $40 per month per child (up to $120 total) through the Summer EBT (SUN Bucks) program to help purchase healthy food during the summer months. If your child qualifies for programs like SNAP, MFIP, Medicaid, or free/reduced-price meals, you’re automatically enrolled—no extra paperwork is needed. Congratulations to Eli Reinbold! On Sunday, April 27, Eli was named one of ten recipients of a $1,000 scholarship from the Heart O’ Lakes High School Fishing League during the League’s kickoff night in Fergus Falls. To be eligible, student anglers had to apply and meet specific criteria. Eli proudly represented the Henning Fishing League, where he was a dedicated member for two seasons. Well done, Eli!!
