WELCOME TO THE HENNING SCHOOL COUNSELING WEBPAGE!
My name is Jenna Damm and I strive to focus on each student's growth potential within the context of his/her individual, family, multicultural and human perspective. My counseling curriculum works to provide supportive and developmentally appropriate instruction for our students, school personnel, parents, and community within an academic, career, and personal/social framework. I'm honored to be the School Counselor at Henning and a part of an outstanding community.
Some information about me: This will be my 14th year of counseling and my 8th year at Henning! I was born and raised in Wadena and graduated from Wadena - Deer Creek High School in 2005. In 2009, I graduated from the College of St. Benedict with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. In 2011, I completed a Masters Degree in School Counseling from St. Cloud State University. In my spare time, I spend my days on a small hobby farm outside of Deer Creek with my husband, Dana. We have two children: Andrew & Avery. This year, I will be continuing my role as K-12 Counselor as well as Advisor for SADD and Knowledge Bowl.
