Mrs. Finck
Hello and welcome back to school, I am Mrs. Finck. I will be teaching 2nd grade this year. I am also the Head Volleyball Coach. As 2nd graders, you will continue to work on your reading and math skills. We will also be learning about science and social studies. My goal by the end of the year is that each one of you will become lifelong learners and become more responsible for your surroundings and that you will want to explore the world around you and apply what you have learned throughout the school year. We will have a fun year learning new things and get better at things we might already know. I believe that this year can be a successful year for all of us.
Here is a little information about myself: I graduated from Henning in 1988. This will be my 21st year teaching (my 13th year at Henning). I have great pride as a Henning Hornet and feel that it is a special place for students to learn.
Outside of school I enjoy spending time with my family. My husband Dale and I have been married for 34 years and have two daughters Kayla and Jessica. Kayla is married to Jordan Hoelscher and they have three sons, Xavier, Reegan and Noah. Our youngest daughter Jessica is married to Troy Anderson, and they have a daughter, Hadley and a son, Jacob. We love spending time at the lake, doing many outdoor and sporting activities together. Volleyball and running are two things that I really enjoy doing. Teaching and Coaching are a major part of who I am and I proud to be a part of the Henning staff.
